Notably, the one operational elevator created bottlenecks, and the limited breakfast selection faced criticism for its repetitiveness and missing items. Plus, noise from the nearby trains could interrupt sleep, making it a toss-up for light sleepers.

I was disappointed when I wanted to catch Wimbledon, but it wasn't available on the bedroom TV, forcing me to watch in the bar area, which wasn't ideal. Also, I encountered an issue with private parking that didn't go as planned, adding unnecessary stress upon arrival. Mentioning a dog-friendly experience felt misleading as my dogs felt more like an inconvenience than welcomed guests. Overall, while the hotel has many positive attributes, the lack of consistent communication and a few amenities falling short overshadowed some of the positives.
